It is ideal to use after the shower, post-workout or e,  or even on the go.

Cleanse skin thoroughly before applying product. Hold the spray about a foot and a half away from your body and spray onto clean, dry skin. Let it sink in for 30-60 seconds before getting dressed. Use AM and/or PM.
