"The experience with the original sample you sent was amazing. However, the full bottle I received seems much thinner in consistency. I suspect this may be because the product froze solid in my mailbox while I was away over the long weekend, which may have affected its composition. I’ll make sure to be home for future deliveries to avoid this."
