By accessing the site, you agree that all matters relating to the site shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the Laws of Canada applicable to the Province of Quebec. You are responsible for complying with your own laws.

Fraud Protection

We are dedicated to providing a trusted and secure shopping experience. To ensure this, all orders pass through our comprehensive fraud detection process. In cases where we detect possible fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity, we reserve the right not to proceed with the order. Glow Society

1. Membership & Eligibility

The Glow Society Program ("Program") is a free rewards program offered by Boutique Skin Envie Inc. ("BSE") to its customers located in Canada. Membership in the Program ("Membership") is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. You must be age 16 years or older and a legal resident Canada to be eligible for Membership. Eligible minors must obtain their parent's or legal guardian's consent prior to participation.

BY APPLYING FOR MEMBERSHIP IN THE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE (OR, IF YOU ARE A MINOR, YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN AGREES) TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("TERMS"). NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO BECOME A GLOW-INSIDER.

2. Membership Tiers; Earning and Redeeming Glow Points 

Membership Tiers Generally

There are three tiers of membership in the Program: Glow-Insider, Glow-Getter and Glow-Achiever. Achieving Glow-Getter or Glow-Achiever status requires a minimum spend per year, as explained below. All membership tiers enjoy a variety of benefits made available by Boutique Skin Envie in its sole discretion from time to time (“Benefits”). Benefits may vary by tier and some tiers may have more Benefits than others. The type, timing and availability of any Benefits (including Rewards (as defined below), special offers, sweepstakes, one of a kind experiences, exclusive events and advance access to products) will be determined by Boutique Skin Envie in its sole discretion.

Boutique Skin Envie may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the tier rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for membership, or any other feature of a particular tier or may terminate a particular tier at any time in its sole discretion, without prior notice except as expressly set out in these Terms or required by applicable law.

Glow-Insider

All members are automatically a Glow-Getter upon enrollment. Subject to removal from the Program (as explained in Section 8 below), a member will remain a Glow-Insider indefinitely unless the minimum annual spend required to achieve Glow-Getter or Glow-Achiever status is met.

Glow-Getter

Glow-Getter status is conferred on those registered Glow Society members who spend a minimum of $1500 on merchandise during a rolling calendar year (a dynamic 12-month period starting when a customer reaches a certain tier). Glow-Getter status is good for the rolling calendar year in which the Glow Society member qualifies; annual requalification is required after that. If a member does not requalify for Glow-Getter status and does not qualify for Glow-Achiever status, the member will revert to Glow-Insider status.

Glow-Achiever 

Glow-Achiever status is conferred on those registered Glow Society members who spend a minimum of $4,000 on merchandise during one calendar year (a dynamic 12-month period starting when a customer reaches a certain tier). Glow-Achiever status is good for the rolling calendar year in which the Glow Society member qualifies; annual requalification is required after that. If a member does not requalify for Glow-Achiever status and does not qualify for Glow-Getter status, the member will revert to Glow-Insider status.

Glow Points

Under the Program, all three tiers of membership will have 1 Glow point credited to their Glow Account for every Canadian dollar spent (a “Glow Point”).

We may offer bonus points events from time to time, and in that circumstance, the bonus points offer would apply. Separate terms and conditions will apply to each bonus points offer.

Any reference to "merchandise" or the value of merchandise in these Terms for purposes of collecting Glow Points includes all Boutique Skin Envie products sold online. It does not include payment for e-gift cards, gift cards, taxes, shipping, or any subscription program.

As part of the Benefits of being a member, your Glow Points may be redeemed for rewards made available by Boutique Skin Envie from time to time in its sole discretion (“Rewards”). You are eligible to redeem Glow Points for a Reward if you have enough Glow Points in your Glow Bank for that specific Reward. The retail value of the Reward does not count toward Boutique Skin Envie's free shipping threshold. Rewards can only be redeemed online, only if shipped to addresses in Canada.

Glow Points themselves have no cash value and can only be redeemed for Rewards. Boutique Skin Envie may, in its sole discretion, allow Glow Points to be redeemed for other benefits or items of merchandise from time to time. However, unless expressly permitted by Boutique Skin Envie, Glow Points are never redeemable for cash, for another product, for gift cards or for e-gift certificates.

Glow Point Expiration

In the Glow Society loyalty program, Glow Points earned through purchases have a validity period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This means that they must be redeemed within 12 months, as they will expire after this time frame.

 

Contest & Giveaways

Contest (“Contest”) sponsored by Boutique Skin Envie (“Sponsor”) and administered by Boutique Skin Envie (“Administrator”). Contest begins on day of official announcement on social media/email and ends on date specified in social media post (“contest period”) at pacific standard time.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win; only an email address [Instagram comment and/or reshare of Instagram story] is required. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator. Void where prohibited by law. 

Eligibility and Restrictions

Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their respective province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees or contractors of the Sponsor(s) and immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with any such employees or contractors, are not eligible to enter.

Winner(s) will be chosen at random using the [Giveaway Tools]. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. The winner will be sent an email and will have 48 hours to respond. If no response is received within 48 hours, another winner will be chosen. Administrators are not responsible for prize fulfillment nor for any technical failures. Winning entries will be verified.

Facebook and Instagram are in no way associated with any such giveaway. If applicable, social media posts (such as but not limited to Instagram/Facebook posts) must be PUBLIC to be eligible. If you sign up for newsletters as entries, you must confirm your subscription for those entries to count. A reply to the winning email is required within 48 hours before a new winner is chosen. The winners’ entries will be verified.

Administrators and sponsors reserve the right to publish the winner's first name and last initial.

The Boutique Skin Envie mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Boutique Skin Envie (“Boutique Skin Envie”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Boutique Skin Envie’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Boutique Skin Envie through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Boutique Skin Envie. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies.
