At times, we run promotional campaigns providing Free Expedited Shipping for all orders or those exceeding $49. Sign up for our newsletter to stay updated with our promotional offers. For orders under $99, expedited shipping fees via Canada Post range between $12 and $14, excluding taxes. We also offer speedy shipping options via Purolator and FedEx, which will incur additional costs depending on the desired delivery method and location.


Once we have received your order, it may take up to 5 business days for us to process and dispatch it, irrespective of the shipping carrier chosen. Please bear in mind that the processing and handling time may increase during peak sale periods. We strive to keep delays to a minimum.


The processing time generally falls between 1 and 5 business days but could vary depending on product availability. This time does not include delivery times, which will depend on your geographical location.


Here are our estimated Canada Post delivery times within Canada:

  • British Columbia and Alberta: 3-5 business days
  • Manitoba and Saskatchewan: 3-5 business days
  • Quebec and Ontario: 2-5 business days
  • Newfoundland, Labrador, Nova-Scotia, P.E.I, New Brunswick: 3-6 business days


These estimates are in addition to processing and handling time. Please note that remote area deliveries may experience longer shipping times. We reserve the right to modify shipping rates at any time without prior notice.


The shipping time frames provided are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen delays, such as supplier delays, traffic, weather conditions, additional payment analysis, etc. We now require a contact phone number for the destination shipping address, enabling our carriers to reach out if necessary. Boutique Skin Envie’s shipping labels via Canada Post enforce a “Do Not Safe Drop” delivery policy. Your package will only be delivered if a person is available to receive it. If a delivery notice is left at your door, you must pick up your order from the specified location within the given timeframe to prevent it from being returned to Boutique Skin Envie. For orders over $500, a signature will be required, free of charge.

Our order processing and shipping operations take place Monday - Friday, excluding Canadian federal holidays. If an order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day. No shipments are made from our distribution center over the weekend or on the following Canadian holidays:

Important Shipping Details


Boutique Skin Envie will not be liable for loss of any package(s) for which a delivery signature was not secured. It is important to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are unable to make any changes to or add missing information regarding your address or delivery instructions once your package has left our warehouse. You will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to make any necessary changes.


No changes can be made for:

  • Address changes
  • Addition of a unit number or buzzer number
  • Specifying deliveries to a special door
  • Addressing special needs
  • If your delivery address has a directional designation such as South, North, West, East


We will not issue refunds for orders with address errors, missing relevant information, or last-minute changes leading to unsuccessful delivery. If your package is returned to us due to the aforementioned reasons, we will be happy to reship your package at your expense, charging a fee of $30 to cover reshipping costs.


Order Cancellation and Changes 


Please note that once an order has been submitted, we are only able to accommodate any modifications or order cancellations up to an hour after being placed. Changes to orders may cause of delays in shipping. We kindly ask for your understanding and attention to this policy as it ensures a streamlined and efficient order fulfillment process. 


Delivery Details


We strive to meet the delivery times stated; however, they are not guaranteed. If you experience a significant delay in receiving your package, please contact us at info@bskinenvie.ca, and we will initiate a service ticket with the carrier. Additional delays might occur while resolving the issue. Please note, we are unable to send a replacement package until we receive confirmation from the carrier regarding the status of your initial package.


All our orders are shipped with a tracking number, and once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with this tracking information. You can monitor your package throughout its journey. Registered customers can also track their orders by logging into their accounts.


Product Availability


Shipping is contingent on product availability. Boutique Skin Envie does not guarantee stock availability for all brands listed on its website. In the event that your ordered product(s) are out-of-stock or discontinued, one of our customer care & support specialists will contact you via email to update you on any shipping delays or refunds for discontinued items. For orders that contain a combination of available products and out-of-stock items, you may receive multiple shipments.


In cases where your ordered product(s) is discontinued, our customer care & support specialists will inform you via email, and an immediate refund for the unavailable item will be issued. We will be more than willing to assist you in finding alternative products to suit your skin.


Damaged Parcels


We deeply regret any damage to your parcel during transit. If your package is delivered to a PO Box or a community mailbox, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur due to extreme temperatures, theft, etc. Please refer to our Return Policy > Damaged or Defective Products for instructions on requesting replacements for damaged or defective products.


If the tracking for your package shows "delivered" status but you have not received it, we suggest waiting 1 business day as the package could have been prematurely marked as delivered and may arrive the next day. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier with your tracking code for more information if you have any concerns. After 1 to 2 business days, if your package has not arrived, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Boutique Skin Envie will not reimburse or re-ship orders that were misdelivered by the carrier or stolen from a property.


Unclaimed Parcels


If your parcel is delivered to a post office, a delivery notice will be sent to you. Please follow the instructions on the notice to retrieve your parcel. When collecting your package from the post office, you will need to present:

  1. The delivery notice
  2. Official ID with photo and address


You have 10 business days to collect your package from the post office. If you fail to do so within this period, the package will be returned to us, and your order will be canceled and refunded, minus the $30 delivery fee for returning your package to our warehouse.

Most orders from Boutique Skin Envie include free samples. Not all brands have samples available, but we provide them when they do. Expect to receive 1-3 samples per order depending on the order amount. Our Skin Care Specialists will select samples that complement your order.
