Shipping Options and Approximate Rates
Orders will be shipped via Canada Post, Purolator or Fedex. They will be shipped within 1-5 business days and depending on where you live, it can take 1-5 business days to arrive. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery times are upon normal business volume. You may choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery. Not all delivery methods are available in all areas.
Boutique Skin Envie is in partnership with AlumierMD. When ordering AlumierMD products, you will be linked to their website. All orders will be shipped to you directly from AlumierMD, therefore, shipping & returns are subject to the AlumierMD policies which can be found on their website. Order Cancellation and Changes
We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order please contact us. and include your order number.
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment – this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.

We want you to be overwhelmed with excitement and happiness with your purchase. If you’d like to return or exchange an online order, please contact us to receive a return authorization.
Boutique Skin Envie does not authorize returns or exchanges on any opened, damaged, unsealed and/or used products unless you have experienced an allergic reaction (please see Allergic Reactions below). We do not provide prepaid return labels for any regular returns. All returned items must be in their original condition, with the original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of date of purchase with an authentic receipt from Boutique Skin Envie. We will not refund paid shipping for returns or exchanges.
We understand that sometimes certain products may not agree with your skin type. Boutique Skin Envie will refund or credit the individual product that caused the Allergic Reaction. All reactions must be reported within the first 72 hours of use.
Boutique Skin Envie will request a Doctor's letter and/or photos of the reaction to confirm that it was caused by one of our products.
Please note that all instructions, ingredients, opinions and suggestions regarding products on our site have been provided by the manufacturers and/or distributors. If you have any concerns regarding the safety of certain ingredients please contact your doctor or you can contact us for further information.
