When you select Route+ at checkout, you can rest assured that your order will be shielded from any potential mishaps during transit. Whether it's damage, loss, or theft, Route+ has you covered. We understand that unexpected events can occur, and in the unfortunate case that your order never arrives or arrives damaged, you can easily file a claim with Route.

The process is hassle-free, and Route will swiftly assist you in receiving a replacement or providing full reimbursement for your order. Our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction and confidence in shopping with us. Please keep in mind the following guidelines for claims to make the process as smooth as possible:

  • If your package is marked as "delivered" but has not been received, and there is no evidence of "porch piracy," please make your claim within 5 days of the "delivery date" but no later than 15 days. This will help us ensure that your package was not misdelivered or easily found around your premises.
  • In cases where packages are presumed to be lost (status not marked as "delivered"), please file your claim after 7 days (20 days for international orders) from the last checkpoint and within 30 days.

To fully protect your purchase and eliminate any worries, we highly recommend opting for Route+ package protection at checkout. If you choose not to protect your order with Route, Boutique Skin Envie is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged orders.
