Return Policy

We recognize that from time to time, you may change your mind about a purchase. In such cases, we are prepared to provide an exchange or refund on products that are unopened, undamaged, and unused. 

However, please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels for any items you elect to return and/or exchange. All items for return must be in their original condition, including packaging, and must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase, accompanied by a valid receipt. 

Shipping charges will not be refunded or credited.

Boutique Skin Envie maintains a strict policy against returns or exchanges on any opened, damaged, unsealed, or used products, barring instances where an allergic reaction has occurred. (Please refer to the Allergic Reaction Policy below for further details).

Return Request Procedure

Should you wish to return an item, please reach out to us at info@bskinenvie.ca within 30 business days from your order date, including the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Purchase date
  • Order number
  • Product(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Upon receipt of your return request, we will respond via email within five (5) business days. Once authorized, you can send the product(s) to:

To ensure your return reaches us securely and in good condition, we recommend dispatching your items using a traceable courier service and repacking them in the original packaging whenever possible. It's important to package your items meticulously to prevent any damage during transit; we can only process returns for products received in an undamaged condition. Please note, if your return does not arrive, we will not be unable to process your refund or exchange.

Defective Products Policy

Please report any products that arrive defective to Boutique Skin Envie within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot offer a refund or replacement for any products reported beyond this timeframe.

Send an email to info@bskinenvie.ca within 24 hours of receiving your order, including:

  • Your full name
  • Purchase date
  • Order number
  • Name and batch number of the defective product(s)
  • Description and photograph of the defective product(s) and original packaging (box or envelope)

We will respond via email within five (5) business days to validate your replacement request. If authorized, we will promptly send you a replacement. 

You may be required to return the defective product(s). If so, they must be returned within ten (10) days of receiving your replacement order. Boutique Skin Envie reserves the right to refuse returns sent or communicated beyond the return deadline.

Incorrect or Incomplete Order Policy 

If you have received an incorrect product or if a product is missing from your order, kindly adhere to the following steps:

Send an email to info@bskinenvie.ca within 24 hours of receiving your order, including:

  • Your full name
  • Purchase date
  • Order number
  • Name of the incorrect or missing product(s)
  • Photograph of the incorrect product(s) received, if applicable

Upon validating your request, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label to facilitate the return of incorrect product(s), which must be returned within ten (10) days of receipt. Once the return has been made on your behalf, Boutique Skin Envie will ship you the correct product(s). Boutique Skin Envie reserves the right to refuse returns sent or communicated beyond the return deadline.

Allergic Reactions Policy

At Boutique Skin Envie, we understand that sometimes certain products may not suit your skin type. In such cases, we are prepared to refund or credit the individual product that caused the allergic reaction. All reactions must be reported within 48 hours of use. Some brands may require a doctor's letter, and all brands require photos of the reaction and product for verification purposes.

If you have experienced an allergic reaction to a product purchased from Boutique Skin Envie, please adhere to the following steps:

Send an email to info@bskinenvie.ca within 48 hours of use, including:

  • Your full name
  • Purchase date
  • Order number
  • Name of the product causing the allergic reaction
  • Detailed description of the allergic reaction 
  • A photograph of the allergic reaction
  • Photograph of the product, including front, back, batch number, and expiration date (if applicable)

It is imperative that you provide all the requested information and images outlined above. Without this complete data, we will be unable to process a claim for a refund or replacement. Please understand that we will not make any exceptions to this policy.

Please note that all instructions, ingredients, opinions, and suggestions regarding products on our site have been provided by the manufacturers and/or distributors. If you have any concerns regarding the safety of certain ingredients, consult your doctor or contact us for further clarification.  

Guidance for Expecting and Nursing Individuals

If you are pregnant or currently breastfeeding, we strongly recommend seeking advice from your healthcare professional prior to using any brands available on Boutique Skin Envie.

Clearance Items Policy

Please note that all sale or clearance items are considered final sale. 

When we mark a product for clearance, it may indicate that the product's seal is not intact or the product may be nearing its expiration date. For products nearing expiration, we will provide the expiration date for transparency. We do not accept returns, credits, or refunds for clearance items, as these are final sale.
