Direct inhalation with the palm of your hand:
Perhaps the easiest way to use bergamot oil is by inhaling directly with the palms of your hands. Place a drop of this mood-boosting oil in the palm of your hand, gently rub your palms together, bring them to your face and breathe deeply. Repeat this at any point of the day when you want to feel uplifted and clarified. As a quick palm inhalation blend, you can do this with a drop of rose oil to dispel feelings of sadness and melancholy.

Bergamot is one of our favorite oils for the diffuser because its sweet scent mixes well with almost all other oils - give it a try! It is loved by the whole family. We have found that children particularly like bergamot. Bergamot is a great year-round scent to create a fresh, inviting home.
Other Recommended Uses:
Apply a drop to support skin health, including relief from insect bites or itchy, red skin.
Add a few drops to an atomizer or spray bottle as a natural and pleasant insect repellent.
Dilute a drop of bergamot in 2 tablespoons of warm water. Gargle the mixture to freshen breath and maintain oral health.
At night, add two drops to a cotton ball and place it under your pillowcase before bed for a restful and comfortable sleep.
