The Blu Sapphire Eye and Lip Cream has been formulated to take care of the eyes, the grooves of the perioral and nasolabial area. It fills in wrinkles and fine lines, smoothes the skin and reduces the appearance of bags and dark circles.  The eyes are illuminated and the lip contour is magnified.
