AM Application: Apply a thin coat as the first step in your regimen, leave it on for 10-minutes before wiping it away and continuing with skincare application.

PM Application: Apply a thick coat as the last step in your regimen. The key to proper use is finger-painting the cream on so it sits on top of the skin and can drain into the root structure through the skin's invisible hair follicles. Do not rub in as this will trap the natural actives in the skin's barrier. Can be left on overnight or washed off after 5 to 10 minutes.
