Auto-Replenish Subscription Terms & Conditions
This is a subscription service that automatically renews.
Overview
The Boutique Skin Envie Auto-Replenish Program (“Auto-Replenish”) allows you to receive selected skincare products automatically on a recurring delivery schedule.
By enrolling, you agree to our Auto-Replenish Subscription Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), which form a binding agreement between you and Boutique Skin Envie (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms apply specifically to subscription purchases and are in addition to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.
1. Subscription Authorization
When you enroll in Auto-Replenish, you authorize Boutique Skin Envie to:
- Automatically charge your selected payment method.
- Process and ship recurring orders based on the delivery frequency you choose.
- Continue your subscription until you cancel it in accordance with these Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next scheduled billing date.
A minimum of two (2) fulfilled subscription orders is required before the subscription can be cancelled: the initial subscription order and at least one subsequent recurring order.
2. Billing & Charges
- Your payment method will be charged before each scheduled shipment.
- Charges include the product price, applicable taxes, and shipping fees, if applicable.
If payment cannot be completed, your order may be delayed, skipped, or cancelled until your payment information is updated.
3. Managing Your Subscription
You may manage your subscription through your Boutique Skin Envie customer account.
Available options may include:
- Skipping a shipment.
- Pausing your subscription.
- Changing the delivery frequency.
- Updating payment or shipping details.
- Cancelling your subscription after the minimum commitment has been completed.
Payment and shipping information may be updated at any time.
All subscription changes must be completed before the next scheduled billing date to apply to the upcoming order.
4. Cancellation
- You may cancel your Auto-Replenish subscription free of charge after two (2) subscription orders have been fulfilled: the initial subscription order and at least one subsequent recurring order.
- Cancellations must be completed before the next scheduled billing date.
- Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Cancelling your subscription stops future recurring orders but does not cancel an order that has already been processed.
5. Discounts & Promotions
- Subscription discounts apply only while the subscription is active.
- Subscription discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue subscription discounts at any time.
6. Returns & Refunds
Auto-Replenish orders follow the same Return & Refund Policy as one-time purchases.
Due to the nature of skincare products:
- Opened or used items are not eligible for return.
- Subscription status does not affect return eligibility.
7. Product Availability
If a subscribed product becomes unavailable or is discontinued, we may:
- Delay the shipment.
- Cancel the subscription for that product.
- Notify you of alternative options, when available.
We are not obligated to substitute products without your approval. However, we may suggest alternative products for your consideration.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect upon posting, subject to applicable law.
Your continued participation in Auto-Replenish after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boutique Skin Envie is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the Auto-Replenish Program.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable Canadian consumer-protection laws.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
