Place a drop of this mood-boosting oil in the palm of your hand, gently rub your palms together, bring them to your face and breathe deeply. Repeat this at any point of the day when you want to feel uplifted and clarified. As a quick palm inhalation blend, you can do this with a drop of rose oil to dispel feelings of sadness and melancholy.
