3. Proceed with manual massage maneuvers.
4. Finish with the cupping massage.
Make sure to choose the appropriate cup size for the facial area. Always hold the skin for a better cupping glide. Perform smooth movements from the inside out and upwards. Repeat each maneuver 3-5 times, not more.
Be cautious with the suction to avoid causing rashes or bruising. When performing maneuvers on the neck, avoid the thyroid gland area. When working around the eyes, always stay far from eye openings and concentrate only on the orbicular area.
Perform cupping massage on healthy skin, free from any lesions or inflammation. Do not use suction cups on super-sensitive, reactive, couperose skin. Use vegetable oil or a cream with a rich texture to ensure smooth cupping movement.
