1. Cleanse and dry the skin
2. Open the sachet wide. Each patch sits between some blue fleece and a white nylon
3. Remove the blue fleece and separate the patch from the white nylon
4. Leave on for 15 minutes, remove the patches and allow the excess serum to penetrate
