Dispenses well, matches poorly - cannot return
"I selected golden as the lightest shade available and applied it to my face for SPF reapplication only to find intensely orange splotches of powder on my face that were very hard to subsequently fix (they didn’t blend, but I removed some of the intensity of the shade - not a good look!). I have not tried the transparent option, but based on this experience I do wonder if transparent is safest for any light to medium skin types. It’s unfortunate because unlike some of the other powder SPFs, this one actually dispenses for application which is why it gets some stars, they just need a better lightest shade and exchange/return policy. You cannot return once opened to try it, so the worst part is that it was a very expensive mistake. It would be more reasonable if you could at least be sent an alternative shade/translucent refill canisters to use in the applicator (I’m not investing again in this without evidence that it works for me). Purchasing risks just having to absorb the cost if it blends poorly on the first application."
