If you choose to store your roller in the freezer, be sure to thaw it once it’s removed. Slightly warm up your roller by rolling it 8+ times on your wrist or arm to avoid skin damage or first degree burns. Do not use if your roller has ice or moisture on it to avoid cold burns.
