GELCARE Velvets

These unique polishes feature particles that come to life with the stroke of a magnet. See the instructions below on how to use this product.

Each polish is sold with a Gel Magnet.

COLOURS: 

• OYSTER VELVET: A  warm, iridescent, nude velvet.
• GOLD VELVET: A bright, rich, yellow-gold velvet.
• SILVER VELVET: A bright metallic silver velvet.

1. After you have prepped and applied Base Coat, apply 1 thin coat of Oyster Velvet and do not cure.
2. While the gel is still wet, sweep the magnet in a circular motion around the edge of your nail. You will see the magnetic particles in the polish move!
3. Once satisfied with your velvet, cure for 60 seconds.
4. For extra depth and sparkle, add a second coat of velvet and repeat steps 3 & 4.
5. Apply Top Coat. Cure for 3 minutes.


Gelcare Pro Tip

Different movements with the magnets will create different glitter patterns.
You can also use the smaller side of the magnet for more precise movement of the glitter.

If you don’t like the look you have achieved with your magnet, wipe off as much gel as you can from the brush and pass the brush over the nail. The magnetic sparkles will redistribute themselves across your nail bed.
